How long are your ties?

Most of our ties are 63-64 inches long, which is about 4-5 inches longer than regular ties. The description field for each tie gives the exact length and width of each tie.

What fabric are your ties made of?

Our ties are made from a variety of fabrics. We carry printed silk, woven silk, and microfiber.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes! We take credit card data security very seriously. For that reason, we use industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption for your credit card data.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to Illinois. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for your shipping address.

How do I use a coupon code?

If you have a coupon code, you will be asked to enter it on the last page of checkout. Your total will be updated before you are asked to enter payment information.

How will I know that my order was accepted?

After you complete your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation at the e-mail address you provide during checkout.
