Free shipping to anywhere in the USA or Canada, even if you need to return an item

Shipping Estimates

We usually ship orders out within 24 hours of order receipt. We ship from Chicago, IL.

Orders to the midwest and surrounding area typically take 2-4 business days.

Orders to the rest of the continental US typically take 3-5 business days.

Orders to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii typically take 5-10 business days.

No hassle. No small print. Here’s how it works:

(1) Click Contact Us. Tell us your name, order number (if you have it), and which ties you are returning.

(2) We email you a postage-paid return label

(3) You send the tie(s) back to us

(4) We refund your money for the returned items back to your payment card (this can take about 5 business days to post to your account)
